1. Your solicitor and searches if he/she deems them necessary (often they accept the results of the recent searches our solicitor just performed, thus saving you about $300),
2. Cost to create the Instalment Contract ($770 inc GST) and
3. Government Stamp Duty on the purchase. (Queensland First Home Buyers get a rebate to zero if the home is less than $250,000)
